Automatic cutting
1. Automatic clamping, feeding, and cutting; single feed length 350mm (customizable extension available). Clamping, feeding, and cutting are pneumatically powered. Semi-automatic mode is available. Accurate, fast, and smooth cutting; cutting speed faster than band saws and hacksaws. Smooth, clean cut without overheating, saving on secondary processing.
2. The saw head can be adjusted arbitrarily from 45-90° on one side with precise angle control.
3. A robust cooling water circulation system with a cooling water pump automatically operates to ensure saw blade lifespan. Dull saw blades can be finely sharpened and reused.
